About Job Site Photos: GPS Proof PDF

Job site photos that carry their own date, GPS coordinates and street address, and a PDF report that leaves for the office the same afternoon.

Shoot it, hand it to the customer, the adjuster or the general contractor. The stamp is in the pixels, not in a layer anyone can peel off.

WHAT GOES ON THE PICTURE
The stamp is composited into the pixels before the JPEG is encoded, so it survives forwarding, screenshots and any messenger that strips EXIF. Sixteen fields, each on or off: date, time zone, latitude and longitude, GPS accuracy, street address, altitude, compass heading, speed, note, project, photographer, company, logo, short hash, QR code and six custom fields. Coordinates in decimal, DMS or MGRS. Every glyph is outlined over a translucent band and sized by percentage of image height.

NO FIX PRINTS AS NO GPS
This app does not invent a coordinate. With no fix the stamp reads NO GPS, the sidecar writes latitude as null, not 0.0, and the QR payload says geo:none. Set an accuracy threshold and the shutter waits for a good fix; shoot anyway and the accuracy you really had still goes on. A clock more than two minutes off GPS time prints device time, unverified. Altitude names its source; the compass prints true north or admits it is uncalibrated.

TWO FILES, TWO HASHES, FOUR VERDICTS
Every capture writes the untouched original to disk first. The stamped copy follows, and both are hashed with SHA-256. The digest of the original goes into the stamped file's EXIF, a sidecar JSON, the QR code and the stamp itself. Verify answers one of four ways: matches the original, matches the stamped copy, modified, or no record here. Telling modified apart from unknown is why the second file exists.

THE PDF IS WHAT YOU HAND OVER
Cover page with your logo, a location page of numbered points, a grid or one photo per page, and a full SHA-256 table anyone can check the files against. The location page is a drawn coordinate plot, labelled as a plot rather than passed off as a street map. Also out: a ZIP of originals, stamped copies, sidecars, manifest.csv and hashes.txt in the format shasum -a 256 -c reads, plus CSV, KML, GPX.

CAMERA, PROJECTS, LIBRARY
A big shutter for gloved hands, or the volume keys. Burst, timer, grid, level, flash, 12, 8 or 4 MP. Video to sixty seconds with its own hash, stamped on the first and last frame; a continuous burned-in overlay is not claimed. Projects carry the fields a work order has, plus six custom fields and a voice note transcribed on the device. Tag a shot Before, During, After, Damage, Delivered or Signature, then filter by radius or search notes, addresses and transcripts.

NO ADVERTISING LIBRARY IN THIS BUILD
Nothing pops up over the viewfinder, nothing sits on the report screen, and no watermark is sold back to you. No third-party analytics: photos, coordinates and hashes stay in this app's own storage. The one thing that leaves is a coordinate sent to look up a street address, and that switches off too.

WHO CARRIES IT
General contractors, framers, roofers and superintendents documenting work before it is covered up, and punch list items at closeout. Drivers taking proof of delivery at the door. Property preservation crews running mortgage field service orders, before and after. Insurance adjusters and restoration contractors building a claim photo file. Cleaning, landscaping and field service techs. Surveyors and utility locators. Anyone who has ever been back charged for damage that was already there. Photo documentation for construction, survey, insurance claim, delivery and field service work: a timestamp camera built to produce evidence and proof, not decoration.
WHERE IT RUNS
No account, no login, no server. Back up to a folder you choose, restore on a new handset. Dark mode, two-pane on tablets.

UNLOCK
A weekly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase; a single-report pass is also available. Price and billing period are shown before you buy.
