About Bounce House Safety Checklist

A bounce house that goes over in a gust takes four seconds. The argument afterwards lasts years. This app is the part you can still win: what you did, written down while you were doing it.

ANCHORS AGAINST THE LABEL
Photograph the manufacturer label once and the on-device reader offers the numbers for you to check: anchor points, minimum stake length, ballast weight per point, clearance, wind limit. On site you record what went in - stakes driven and the length used, or bags placed and their weight. Come up short and the app makes you say why, then prints required against placed.

WIND BESIDE THAT UNIT'S OWN LIMIT
Type the reading off your handheld anemometer, or pull the wind speed for the coordinates you pinned. It sits beside the deflate limit you copied from the manual, never a number this app invented. At or over it, "Do not inflate - record and stop" files the reading, the limit and a unit never set up: the record for the job you turned down. A reminder asks for a fresh reading every two hours.

ANCHOR PHOTOS THAT SURVIVE FORWARDING
The camera burns date, time and GPS into the picture and labels which one it is - Anchor 3 of 6. Messaging apps strip EXIF; a stamp in the pixels survives a forward and a photocopier. The untouched original is kept with a SHA-256.

BLOWER, CORD AND GFCI
Blower model and how many are running, cord length and gauge, distance back to the power, generator if any, GFCI tested with a photo of the button, blower staked down, pressure holding at two minutes.

THE WALK-THROUGH THEY SIGN FOR
Turn the phone to whoever is supervising. Riders by height band, same-size riders only, no shoes, food, drink, glasses or sharp objects, no flips, no climbing, an adult watching, everyone off if the blower stops, deflate above the limit. They sign on the glass; the lines you read out are frozen in.

SIGNED, THEN LOCKED
Enforced in the database, not greyed out on screen. Corrections append as timestamped lines under Notes added after signing, and the figures the unit carried that day are copied in, so re-speccing it later cannot rewrite last Saturday.

SITE, PICKUP, DAMAGE, INCIDENTS
Surface, slope, overhead obstructions, measured clearance, a photo before anything inflates. At pickup: condition, hours used, photos. Damage opens a repair against the unit. The incident report takes the time, what happened, who was present, photos and a signature.

FLEET AND UNIT HISTORY
Make, model, serial, size, rider height bands, blowers, status. Set an inspection interval and the app tracks due and overdue: seams, zips, netting, patches, anchor points and D-rings, blower tube, cords and plugs.

WHAT YOU HAND OVER
- Setup and Handoff Record (PDF): unit, site, anchoring, anchor photos, power, wind, rules sign, walk-through, signature
- Event pack, Incident report, Unit history (PDF)
- Events, units and inspections as CSV
- Photo ZIP of originals and stamped copies, a SHA-256 each
- A JSON dump of everything on the device
Your name, logo, phone, licence and insurer's policy head every page.

A BACK YARD HAS NO WIFI
No account, no portal, no server, no advertising on any tier. Everything is written to the phone the second you touch it. Back up to a folder you choose; restoring merges, never deletes.

ASTM F2374, AND WHAT THIS APP IS
Anchor points, stake length, ballast weight, clearance, wind limit: the figures standard practice turns on are the fields this app asks you to copy from your own manual, and the ones it prints. It records what you did. It supplies no safety standard, does not judge whether a setup is safe and does not replace your legal or insurance duties.

FOR
Bounce house and inflatable rental operators with one van or four: owner-operators who deliver, owners running a crew, party rental companies with water slides, combos, moonwalks and obstacle courses.

PURCHASE
A weekly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Price and billing period are shown before you buy.

What’s new

Version 1.0.0 · Updated September 25, 2026

First release. Anchors counted against the figure on that unit's own label, with the shortfall and your reason printed together. Wind beside the unit's deflate limit, a re-check every two hours, and a record for the jobs you turn down. Anchor photos with date, time and GPS burned in; originals kept with a SHA-256. The supervisor signs the walk-through, the record locks, and out comes a PDF, CSV and photo ZIP. Fleet, inspections, repairs, incidents. Works with no signal. No account.
