Within these 8 weeks you will receive personalised programs from me that will tailor to your skill level/injuries/weekly schedule. (They are not copy and paste). We will have weekly catchups via the app where we I will listen to your feedback and concerns about anything training related. You will be in direct communication with me on this app where you can send training videos and questions. This service is available straight from your phone so i'll be with you in your back pocket every step of the way
