Most households keep this on a diary page or a phone note, and the month-end argument comes from the same place every time: nobody wrote the advance down. This app writes it down.

ONE-TAP ATTENDANCE Open today, tap a name, pick Present, Absent, Half Day or On Leave. That is the whole daily routine. A "mark everyone else absent" action closes the day in one more tap. Any past day can be corrected later.

ADVANCE LEDGER Every advance and every bonus is a dated line with a note, shown as a running ledger. When she asks how much she has already taken this month, the answer is on the screen instead of in someone's memory.

MONTH-END SETTLEMENT BOTH SIDES CAN READ The settlement shows the working days, the days actually worked, the leave that was allowed, the deduction for the rest, the advances already paid, and the balance payable. Every line adds up to the number underneath it, so you can hand the phone across and let the other person check the arithmetic.

PART PAYMENTS Pay some now and the rest later. Record 300 against a balance of 780 and the app carries 480 forward instead of pretending the month is closed.

MONTHLY OR DAILY PAY Set a monthly salary or a per-day rate for each person. Half days count as half. Public holidays you mark are never counted against anyone, and neither is leave taken on one.

PAID LEAVE THAT IS ACTUALLY TRACKED Give an allowance of paid days per month. Leave inside the allowance is paid, leave beyond it is deducted, and you can see where someone stands before the argument rather than after.

REPORTS, CHARTS AND EXPORT Attendance and salary history with charts, exportable as PDF or CSV and shareable through WhatsApp, email or any app on your phone.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays in your phone. There is no sign-in, no server, no cloud copy and no tracking of anyone's whereabouts. Lock the app with a PIN or your fingerprint. Take your own backup to a file you keep, and restore it when you change phones.
