About Moodropic: Supplement Diary

Moodropic is a private supplement tracker and mood diary built around one question: what is your stack actually doing to you? Keep your supplement log in under a minute a day, and the Moodropic Engine, a pattern recognition engine for your own days, shows which supplements go along with sharper focus and which with headaches.

Your entries are saved on your phone. No account, no server, no ads.

One Minute A Day
▸ Morning: tap the supplements you took, or bundle them into named groups and log a whole group with one tap.
▸ Evening: six quick sliders (focus, mental stamina, social flow, physical energy, mood, stress resilience), a sleep log, and one-tap context tags like workout, alcohol or stress.
▸ Done. The evening check-in is your mood tracker, and every change is saved automatically.

Track Your Stack As You Actually Take It
▸ Skip the typing: pick from 100+ curated supplements in the built-in supplement library.
▸ Log what is really in the capsule: each supplement is a card with its form, dose and actual active ingredients (Omega 3 → EPA / DHA).
▸ Add what the library is missing: create your own supplement cards from scratch.

Log The Side Effects Too
Side effects get their own one-tap toggles, Mood Drops: headache, brain fog, irritability, restlessness, GI distress.

The Moodropic Engine: Pattern Recognition On Your Own Days
▸ Compare like with like: each supplement is compared on days with and without it within the same few weeks, including next-day spill-over.
▸ Weighed, not guessed: it weighs its checks with a built-in table drawn from published research, so well-studied differences show up after fewer days; only your own days reach the screen.
▸ See how things interact: days with both supplements against days with only one, and whether a drop shows up less often on days you also took a second supplement.
▸ Know how far to trust it: solid means enough days, a strict error bound and evidence seen in both halves of your log; anything less is labeled an early signal, with how many logged days it rests on.
▸ Check the usual suspects: context tags keep confounders honest, and each pattern is checked against the weekend rhythm. Was it the supplement, or the wine?
▸ In the open: see what was compared for each supplement; patterns are computed on your phone.

Your Month At A Glance
Every fully logged day in your supplement diary becomes a color on the calendar: green when you were dialed in, red when you crashed.

Keep Your Diary To Yourself
▸ No account. No server. No analytics. No ads.
▸ Whatever you enter is written to a database on your device, and the app's own code has no way to send it elsewhere unless you export it yourself.
▸ The app ships complete. It works offline from the first start, supplement library included, and requests nothing from the network beyond its own files.
▸ Export a backup whenever you want, with a passphrase if you want it encrypted (AES-256).
▸ Optional reminder at a time you choose, only if the day is still incomplete, scheduled entirely on your device with no push server.
▸ Where your data lives, a page inside the app, shows steps you can check for yourself.

Built For The Long Run
▸ Stay consistent: a streak counter shows how many days in a row you have logged.
▸ Switch phones: restore a JSON backup and merge it with your entries or replace them.

Moodropic is a supplement stack tracker with a pattern recognition engine, for biohackers, lifters, nootropics users and everyone who wants signal instead of guesswork, without handing their health data to anyone.

Disclaimer
Moodropic is a personal diary. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It gives no dosing advice and recommends no supplements. Library entries are short educational summaries, and patterns are statistical associations, not medical conclusions. What’s new

Version 0.14.7 · Updated October 14, 2026

A small polish release. Text fields now have sensible length limits, and a backup is held to the same limits when you import it. Sheets open taller and no longer have a handle at the top. The System tab is tidier, with buttons instead of rows, On and Off switches instead of checkboxes, and less text to read. The button at the bottom of Today now just says Save, and if your supplement isn't in the library, "Create custom module" is right there.
