ExactPress: Compress to Size

ExactPress compresses your photos and PDFs to an exact file size you choose — not just "smaller", but the precise KB or MB target you need. Perfect for uploads, forms, email attachments, and any service with a strict size limit.

PHOTO COMPRESSOR
• Set an exact target file size (100 KB, 500 KB, 1 MB or custom)
• Smart JPEG compression with auto-downscale when needed
• Before and after preview with side-by-side comparison
• Save to your photo library or share to any app
• Works fully offline — your photos never leave your phone

PDF COMPRESSOR
• Rebuild PDFs at a lower image resolution (96 / 150 / 200 DPI)
• Three quality levels: Low, Medium, High
• Real .pdf output — open it anywhere
• Already-small PDFs are returned unchanged
• Great for shrinking scanned documents and image-heavy PDFs

HISTORY
• Every compression is saved locally
• Browse past photos and PDFs, re-share or re-save any time
• Swipe to remove individual entries or clear all

WHY EXACTPRESS
• Exact-size targeting — most apps only "reduce quality"
• Offline and private — no cloud, no upload, no account
• Compact, modern UI with light and dark themes
• Fast: binary-search JPEG quality reaches your target in seconds

FREE AND PAID
• 3 free compressions to try the app (photos and PDFs share the pool)
• Need more? Get +50 compressions for $1.99 (one-time, repurchasable)
• No subscription, no recurring charges
• Banner ads on the home screen; short ad after saving or sharing

PERFECT FOR
• Government forms and visa applications with strict KB limits
• Resume / CV uploads to job boards
• Email attachments that exceed provider limits
• WhatsApp / Telegram document size caps
• Scanned PDFs that are too big to send

Note: PDF compression rasterizes pages to images, so the output PDF is no longer text-selectable. Use it when you need a smaller file, not a fully indexable document.

ExactPress has no account system. Credits and history are stored on your device. Consumable purchases are not restored on reinstall — this is shown in the paywall.
