DCC Frontline - Duct Cleaning

DCC Frontline is the job-execution app for Duct Clean Co. (DCC) cleaning crews – technicians, team leads and supervisors. It is an internal business tool: you need a DCC crew account to sign in. There is no public sign-up and nothing to buy in the app.

DCC cleans kitchen exhaust ducts and air-conditioning ducts for hotels, restaurants, hospitals and commercial buildings, usually at night after the site closes. This app takes a crew through a job from the moment it is assigned to the client's sign-off.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your jobs – Upcoming, Active, Rework and Completed, plus a schedule view of your shifts.
• Accept or decline an assignment – with a reason, so the planner can re-staff.
• Read the job packet – site address and access instructions, scope of work by section, the crew on the job and the equipment planned.
• Check in on site – GPS check-in confirms each crew member is at the site and records attendance.
• Complete the safety checklist – permit and safety items must be ticked before work can start; a failed item puts the job on a safety hold.
• Work section by section – the team lead allocates sections to technicians; each section needs before, during and after photos before it can be marked done.
• Record readings and notes for each section.
• Report issues – raise a problem, a work stoppage or extra scope found on site, with photos. The operations team is notified straight away.
• Team-lead self-check – a quality checklist once every section is done.
• Supervisor verification – the supervisor reviews the evidence and passes the job or sends named sections back for rework.
• Client handover – show the client a summary of the work, record their observations and capture their signature on the phone.
• Check out – close the shift and submit the job to the office.
• Work without signal – every step and photo is saved on the phone first and syncs automatically when the connection returns.
• Get notified – alerts for new jobs, schedule changes, rework and decisions from the office.
• Manage your profile – change your password, review app permissions and read the help guide.

Duct Clean Co. crew members only. Accounts are created by DCC administrators. If you are a DCC client, use the DCC Connect app instead. For access or support, contact your DCC supervisor or administrator.
