DCC Connect - Client App

DCC Connect is the client portal for organisations that use Duct Clean Co. for kitchen exhaust, air duct and related cleaning services. It is for invited client users only; your DCC account manager sends the invitation.

See every property in one place. Each site shows when it was last serviced, when the next visit is due, and any open support tickets.

Stay ahead of each visit. Confirm the proposed slot or ask for a different one, tick off the site readiness items (access, permits, shutdown windows), and follow the visit live as the crew arrives, clears safety checks and works through the job.

Approve with confidence. Review quotations and accept, decline or ask a question. Approve or decline additional scope the crew proposes on site. Review the handover summary and the approved before-and-after evidence, then accept the work or record your observations.

Keep the paperwork. Job completion reports, handover summaries and evidence are available to download for every completed visit.

Get help fast. Raise a service ticket or a safety concern against a property or a visit, request a new service or add a new property, and see your DCC account manager's contact details.

Manage your team. Organisation admins invite colleagues and set what each person can see and approve, from a single property to the whole portfolio.

Permissions: Notifications tell you about visit updates, approvals and replies from DCC. The app does not use location or the camera.
