DCC Surveyor - Site survey App

DCC Surveyor is the site-survey app for Duct Clean Co. (DCC) field surveyors. It is an internal business tool: you need a DCC staff account to sign in. There is no public sign-up and nothing to buy in the app.

DCC cleans kitchen exhaust ducts and air-conditioning ducts for hotels, restaurants, hospitals and commercial buildings. Before a job is quoted, a surveyor visits the site. This app replaces the paper survey form for that visit.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your work list – the site visits assigned to you, ordered by priority, with client name, address and contact details.
• Open a visit – read the site details, set a priority, add notes, and open the address in Maps for directions.
• Plan your route – see the day's visits on a route view.
• Check in on site – confirm you have arrived before starting the survey.
• Fill in the survey – a guided, section-by-section form for kitchen exhaust duct and air duct surveys: site and client details, duct layout and measurements, equipment, contamination grade, access, safety, cleaning method, crew and shifts needed.
• Take photos as evidence – capture the required photos for each section with the camera. Each photo is saved with its time and GPS location.
• Work without signal – answers and photos are saved on the phone first and sync automatically when the connection returns. Basements and kitchens with no network are fine.
• Submit with confidence – the app checks the survey before sending and lists any missing answers or photos, section by section, so you can tap straight to them.
• Reschedule or report a blocked visit – record that a visit must move, or that the survey could not go ahead, with a reason.
• Handle returns – if the office sends a survey back with comments, see exactly which items need correcting, fix them and resubmit.
• Log new opportunities – note other sites or services you spot while on a visit.
• Track your work – drafts, submitted surveys and their review status, plus your performance, leaderboard and client feedback.
• Get notified – alerts for new visits, returned surveys and schedule changes.
• Manage your profile – change your password, review app permissions and read the help guide.

• Notifications – to tell you about new and returned visits.

Duct Clean Co. surveyors and staff only. Accounts are created by DCC administrators. If you are a DCC client, use the DCC Connect app instead. For access or support, contact your DCC administrator.
