About Memur Maaş Hesaplama

The Civil Servant Salary Calculator calculates the monthly salary of public personnel subject to Law No. 657 using current period coefficients. It is designed for teachers, healthcare workers, local government personnel, and all general administrative positions.

HOW IS A CIVIL SERVANT'S SALARY CALCULATED?

A civil servant's gross salary is not a single figure, but rather a combination of added items:

• Base salary: Multiplying the base salary coefficient by the indicator figure of 1000
• Flat-rate increase (Decree Law No. 375): Additional increase paid equally to all civil servants
• Indicator salary: Indicator figure corresponding to your rank and grade × monthly coefficient
• Additional indicator: Varies according to title and educational level (high school, associate degree, bachelor's degree)
• Seniority allowance: 20 indicator points for each year of service (limited to 25 years)
• Supplementary payment (hardship allowance, risk allowance)
• Special service compensation / education-training allowance: Percentage of the highest civil servant salary determined according to title
• Additional payment (Decree Law No. 666)
• Profession-specific income: additional lesson fees for teachers, revolving fund and on-call duty fees for healthcare professionals, social balance compensation for municipalities
• Family allowance (for those whose spouse does not work) and child allowance (double for children aged 0-6, for disabled children) (increased)
• Collective bargaining bonus for union members

From the gross total, SGK (Social Security Institution) premiums or pension contributions, progressive income tax based on cumulative tax base (after deducting minimum wage exemption), stamp duty, and any union dues, private pension fund contributions, and enforcement deductions are subtracted. The remaining amount is your net salary.
