WHAT THE APP IS FOR

How much child support is my child entitled to? Enter your net income and the children; the app shows the table amount and the amount actually payable per child – along with every step of the calculation and every note behind it.


WHAT IT CALCULATES

• Adjusted net income – work-related expenses, other deductions, housing benefit in kind
• Income bracket, including the shift for the number of dependants
• Bedarfskontrollbetrag and the resulting downgrade
• Table amount per child by age band
• Kindergeld offset – half for minors, in full for adult children
• Selbstbehalt (the minimum the paying parent keeps)
• Shortfall cases, distributed proportionally
• Adult children living at home and students with their own household


EVERY YEAR FROM 2008 TO 2026

The 2026 rates are preselected. For backdated claims and older orders you pick the year and calculate with the rates that applied then. New table values arrive from the server, so the app uses the new rates immediately at the turn of the year.


PDF FOR YOUR LAWYER, THE JUGENDAMT OR THE COURT

Every result can be exported as a PDF with the full calculation and the source reference. Share it by e-mail or messenger, or print it. The PDF is always in German, even if you use the app in English – because that is the language of the authority reading it.


THREE LANGUAGES

German, Turkish, English. The legal terms stay German, because that is what they are called in the proceedings; the explanations are in your language.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT COVER

Additional or special needs, shared-custody arrangements, cross-border cases and unusual debt situations. For binding information consult a family law solicitor or the Jugendamt, where advice is free of charge.
