DefenSMS

DefenSMS helps you spot suspicious texts and calls faster (fake parcel, fake bank, fake customer support, fake fines, dangerous links, etc.) to avoid scams and protect your loved ones.

The app is designed to be simple, readable, and fast — including for seniors.

🔎 SUSPICIOUS SMS ANALYSIS

• Paste a received SMS into DefenSMS or share an SMS to the app

• Detect common scam signals: urgency, threats, prizes, shady links, requests for personal info

• Clear advice: what to check, what to avoid, what to do next

📞 CALL / NUMBER ANALYSIS

• Enter a number or share a call number to DefenSMS (from your call log if available)

• Analysis with a risk level (based on rules and signals)

• Local history (if enabled) to find your past analyses

🛡️ CALL SHIELD (call protection — depending on your device)

• Alerts when a number looks suspicious

• Optional blocking/filtering based on your settings (if enabled)

🧾 REPORT / COMPLAINT (text helper)

• Generate a report text to copy-paste

🔔 NOTIFICATIONS (FCM)

DefenSMS may send notifications (if you allow them) to warn you or help you follow actions.

Notifications use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) through a technical delivery token.

🔒 PRIVACY

• No selling of your data

• The content you analyze (texts, numbers, descriptions) is processed mainly on your device

⚠️ IMPORTANT
