The Lindsey LJ Fitness app will provide you with the tools you need to begin on your journey towards a more fit lifestyle. You will be able to receive a workout program that includes instructions and examples of the assigned exercises. Additional optional features include macro tracking and/or one-on-one training with Lindsey.

Workout Programs
Choose from several available options, to find the workout program that best fits your goals and lifestyle. Each program comes with instructions and tutorial videos of the exercises, so you never have to worry that you won't know how to perform the exercises assigned to you. The app makes it simple, so you don't have to worry about remembering which exercises you are supposed to perform on which day. Simply open your app, and follow along.

Macro Tracking
If you are looking for extra support with your nutrition, macro tracking is an optional add-on. Tracking macros can help teach you how to fuel your body properly. Controlling your overall daily calorie intake is essential when trying to lose weight. Additionally, hitting your personal daily protein target plays a very important role in your ability to build and maintain muscle.

One-on-One Training
With one-on-one training, you will be able to connect with personal trainer, Lindsey LaJeunesse, to help you with your specific fitness goals or any areas of concern that you might have. You will receive a custom training plan and have weekly check-ins. At each check-in, you will submit check-in photos and information. Lindsey will then discuss your progress, address any difficulties you may be having, and make adjustments to your plan, if needed.
