Nutrition - We can link MyFitnessPal to your own personal customised profile so we can see what you are eating & how much of certain macronutrients. We have cook books, smoothie recipes and a high protein meal guide with a 2 week meal plan attached to those meals.
Training - We have a full library of exercises and how to preform those movements with impeccable form. Not only that you can actually upload your own technique to be sure that your form is on point.
Check Ins. Weekly we will check in with how the week has gone. Then we focus on the commencing week to ensure that your weekly goals are inline with you main big goal of your transformation. Not only that we need to ensure we are getting the results that you desire so we have our weekly body assessments see how you are progressing.
As you can see we have put a lot of work into making sure you have the support system in place for you to achieve phenomenal results.
