About AVI Health
AVI Health is your personal AI assistant for tracking health, wellbeing, and everyday changes in your body.
The app collects data from supported wearable devices and health data sources, analyzes changes over time, and helps you understand your personal patterns. Available metrics may include heart rate, activity, sleep, stress-related patterns, recovery, and other health-related data depending on your device, permissions, and available integrations.
AVI Health helps you:
• track key health and wellbeing signals in one app;
• understand changes over time, not just isolated numbers;
• receive simple AI-powered explanations;
• notice unusual changes in your personal patterns;
• use voice-first check-ins to clarify how you feel;
• connect trusted contacts through Family Safety Mode;
• receive wellness-oriented next-step suggestions;
• manage permissions and control access to your data.
Family Safety Mode is designed for people who want an additional layer of reassurance for themselves or their loved ones. This may be useful for older adults, people living alone, active users, or families who want to stay informed when something looks unusual. If AVI Health detects an atypical pattern, the app may initiate a check-in. If the user does not respond, a selected trusted contact may receive a notification — only according to the user’s settings and permissions.
AVI Health does not replace doctors and does not provide diagnoses. Our goal is to give users more clarity: what changed, what may deserve attention, and when it may be appropriate to seek professional advice.
Privacy is a core principle of AVI Health. Users control data access, choose which permissions to grant, and decide who can receive notifications. We aim to build AVI Health with a privacy-first approach and in alignment with European data protection standards.
Important: AVI Health is a wellness & safety app. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, or replace professional medical advice. If you feel unwell, experience concerning symptoms, or face an emergency, contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
