About AI Feelings Wheel: MoodTracker
Most mood apps ask you to pick a smiley. That skips the hard part: finding the word. This feelings wheel app is built so you can spin inward through core, secondary and tertiary emotions, then save a check-in in seconds.
HOW THE FEELINGS WHEEL WORKS
Open the wheel when you are not sure what you feel. Tap a core emotion such as happy, sad, angry, fearful, surprised, bad or disgusted, then drill into more precise language. Each feeling includes a short definition so you can tell close neighbours apart — irritated versus furious, lonely versus homesick.
You can log more than one feeling in the same check-in, set intensity, and add optional notes: body signals, context, and gratitude. Morning, afternoon and evening slots keep a light three-times-a-day rhythm without asking for an essay.
A MOOD JOURNAL THAT STAYS LIGHT
Your emotional journal is organised by day. Revisit a check-in, edit it, or delete it. Jump to today when you have been browsing the past. The journal is there so a feelings tracker is also a place you can return to — not a blank page that waits for a novel.
INSIGHTS YOU CAN ACTUALLY READ
Insights turn logs into a picture you can scan:
• Streak and total check-ins
• How granular your feeling words have been
• Seven-day consistency across morning, afternoon and evening
• Core emotion spectrum
• Time-of-day rhythms — which category shows up at which slot
• Top feelings and recurring body signals
• Week, month and all-time views
These charts stay available without a subscription. They are the quiet reason to keep logging.
AI INSIGHTS, WHEN YOU WANT THEM
AI Feelings Wheel can read a single check-in, a week, a month, or all-time logs and return a kind, practical note — not a lecture. Use it after a reflection, or when the week feels noisy and you want a pattern named.
Generating AI insights is a Pro feature. Logging on the wheel, reflections, the journal, and the insight charts remain free.
A MINDFUL PAUSE
When naming the feeling is enough, stop there. When your body needs a reset, open Pause for guided breathwork. Pick a duration and a technique, then follow the rhythm. Pair it with optional reminders so a check-in is easier to remember at the times you chose.
FREE AND PRO
Free: feelings wheel (classic theme), daily emotion tracking, journal, reflections, insight charts, breathwork and reminders.
Pro: AI insights on a check-in, week, month or all-time, plus extra wheel colour themes.
Restore purchases with the same store account if you switch devices.
PRIVACY, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
Analytics only records anonymous usage such as which tab you opened or whether AI was requested. It does not send your name, notes, reflection text, or feeling labels.
This app is a self-awareness and mood journal tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a trusted clinician.
WHY DOWNLOAD AI FEELINGS WHEEL
You get an interactive emotion wheel instead of five generic smileys, a mood journal that respects a busy day, charts that show rhythms, and optional AI insights that stay practical. Name the feeling. Log it. Come back tomorrow.
