Health Guide is an app that provides you in detail information about nutrition, nutrient source, diet plan and various types of diseases. You can use a diet plan to lose or gain weight. You can even share a screenshot of the formula to your friends using various messaging app available on your phone.

- Description - Detailed description of the disease
- Symptoms - Signs and Symptoms of the disease with details
- Causes - Various risk and causes of the disease
- Treatment - How to cure the disease

DIET Plan - DIET plan for both weight loss and gain are given here for a full week.
- Diet Plan for Weight Loss - You can lose weight by following the diet plan given here.
- Diet Plan for Weight Gain - You can gain weight by following the diet plan given here.

Nutrition - Here you will get information like nutrient and its detail information like source, daily consumption needed for men or women, and its detailed information like how it helps in our body.

Nutrient Sources - Nutrient source provides you information like you can obtain Vitamin C and Potassium by consuming an apple.
