We provide guidance for those looking to build a life-long practice that grows with them. We practice Asthanga and Hatha Yoga, and Contemporary Pilates.

One class will make your day better, but a consistent practice can transform your life! Each person comes as a student, and we build your long-term, personalized practice. Yoga is your tool that is deeply healing, energizing, challenging, and relaxing. Practice with intention, consistency, and most importantly - guidance.
We believe in yoga, and are simply here to share and reflect what our teachers have taught us. On this app, you'll be able to receive a curated list of videos recommended for you by our teachers, book your classes, keep track of your achievements and progress in class, and communicate with our teachers, and other shala members.
Also access a full on demand library of pilates workouts to complement your yoga practice. Our pilates method stems from the teachings of STOTT pilates - another method where education of our alignment leads to safe practice and better results. All videos are produced in-house the Sankalp Yoga Shala team and are for members use only.
