I’m Tatev, founder of Rise Up Wellness — a space created for women who are ready to break old patterns, reclaim their strength, and rise into their fullest, most unstoppable selves. My passion for movement and holistic wellness comes from my own journey of transformation. I believe wellness isn’t just about exercise; it’s about connection, intention, and showing up for yourself every day with courage and grace.
