Founded by second-generation Pilates Master & Educator, Tanya Swayze Miller, MBP blends classical Pilates with modern movement science in an environment that feels welcoming, grounded, and deeply supportive. Authenticity is at our core. We focus on the "Mind-Body" connection Joseph Pilates intended, ensuring every session is more than just a workout- it's a path to better health.
