Welcome to the PLACE — a boutique Pilates, barre, and wellness studio designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body.

At the PLACE, we believe movement should feel intentional, empowering, and supportive. Our studio offers small group Pilates reformer classes, mat Pilates, barre workouts, and wellness experiences focused on building strength, improving mobility, and calming the nervous system.

The PLACE is more than just a workout — it’s a space to slow down, reset, and build a sustainable movement practice in a welcoming community.
