HealthStix is a private, local-first companion for organizing peptide protocols, doses, schedules, vials, injection sites, symptoms, benefits, measurements, labs, and progress.

Mistakes are not permanent. HealthStix lets you correct or delete previously logged doses, symptoms, benefits, measurements, labs, and other records.

Your subscription follows your HealthStix account across supported platforms.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

HealthStix uses an on-device database for your tracking records. HealthStix+ members may optionally enable account-based cloud sync. Cloud sync remains off until the user chooses to enable it.

Progress-photo and vial-photo image files remain on the device and are not uploaded through HealthStix cloud sync. Read-only household sharing is limited to dosing information; private symptom and benefit records are not shared.

HealthStix does not include advertising or third-party behavioral tracking.
