📋 Permissions Explained
▸ 📈 Usage access — Android keeps the data counters behind this special permission, and no dialog can ask for it: the app shows a card that opens the right settings page and you grant it by hand. It is used only to read the device-wide byte counters; no per-app usage is read or stored

▸ 🔁 Run at startup — Re-arm the 15-minute refresh after a reboot

📏 Honest About Accuracy
Every number comes straight from Android's own statistics. The platform stores them in fixed buckets, usually an hour wide, so a daily figure can include up to about an hour of traffic from either side of midnight — cycle totals are barely affected. On a phone with two SIMs, mobile usage arrives as one combined figure, because Android does not let an ordinary app tell the SIMs apart. And your carrier counts differently: rounding, free traffic and their own clock all diverge. Treat the figures as a close estimate rather than a bill — Usage correction is there for when it matters.
