Kit Hotel Staff

Kit Hotel Staff is the app for everyone in a Kit hotel who is not at the front desk.

Housekeepers see the rooms assigned to them for the day - rush first - with the checklist, a timer and Mark cleaned. Supervisors see the whole board, who is on shift and how the day is spread.

Report an issue with up to five photos and a broken TV becomes a maintenance ticket the front desk can see. Maintenance staff work the issues queue with Start and Fixed.

Waiters get room orders as they are placed: the first to accept serves it, and the guest sees when it is on its way.

Clock in and out on your phone (or let the door device record it), request leave, follow your shifts, read and print your own payslips, and send a report to HR - anonymously if you prefer.

Works on the hotel floor: your rooms and tasks stay on the phone when the Wi-Fi drops and your changes send when you are back.

Kit Hotel Staff needs a Kit business with Hotel Management and a staff account from your employer.
