About Kit CRM

Kit CRM puts the field work of a Kit business in one place: the calls you make and take, the customers and leads behind them, the follow-ups you owe, the customers you visit and the sales you make on the spot. Sign in with the account you already use on Kit and your day is ready on the first screen.

Today opens on the work
• Three tiles: calls made today, calls answered, follow-ups due.
• Follow-ups due today, with the overdue ones first.
• Recent calls that still need an outcome, one tap to add it.
• Unknown numbers you called or missed, with Save as lead or Ignore.

Calls log themselves
• On Android, when you allow it, Kit CRM reads your phone's call history and logs calls with your customers, suppliers and staff to your business's Kit account: direction, time, duration and who. It checks shortly after each call ends and every 15 minutes, even when the app is closed. (This part waits for Google Play's permission review; until then, log calls from the app with one tap.)
• Only calls to numbers saved in Kit, or numbers you choose to save, are uploaded. Personal calls stay on your phone. Kit CRM never reads your contacts, messages or recordings.
• Call from a contact and the Log a call sheet is ready when you come back: outcome, a note and a follow-up if you need one.

Contacts, leads and follow-ups
• One search across customers, leads, suppliers and staff.
• A contact page with Call, Message, WhatsApp and Follow-up, the balance from your side ("Owes you UGX 1,250,000"), and the timeline of calls, follow-ups and invoices.
• Leads by life stage, with the last contact and the next follow-up on every row.
• Follow-ups by Today, Upcoming, Overdue and Done. Swipe to mark done. Reminders reach the lock screen.

Movements: your day on a map
• When your business turns Movement tracking on for you and you allow it, Kit CRM records your route from clock-in to clock-out — also with the app closed — and draws it on the Movements map with your stops, pins and visits. Nothing is recorded before you clock in or after you clock out.
• A notification shows the whole time it records. Pause 30 min, 1 h or until clock-out, or turn it off, under Me › Movements. Your route is visible to you, the person you report to and your CRM administrators — nobody else. Positions are deleted after 90 days.
• Add pin marks where a customer is: your current position or a spot you adjust on the map, then an existing customer or a new one. Arriving at a saved customer brings the card "Customer location detected, please add visit details when ready" — purpose, outcome, notes and the next follow-up in one sheet.
• Managers see the team's day and are told when someone stays in one place for longer than the business's limit; the person tracked sees who was told.

Sales from the phone
• New sale from the Sales page or straight from a customer's page: the customer's prices, live stock at your location, discounts within what your role allows, then cash, mobile money, card, bank or on account within the credit limit.
• Confirm creates a real Kit invoice — stock, accounts and the customer's balance move exactly as on the web — and Share receipt sends the PDF, a text summary or a WhatsApp message.
• The Sales list shows every sale you made with what is still due; a sale page shows every item and payment. Offline, a sale is saved on this phone and completes when you are back online.

Works offline
• The directory is cached on the phone so calls match without a connection.
• Calls, leads, follow-ups, pins, visits and sales you save offline wait in a visible queue and sync when you are back online.
• Every error names a reference you can quote to Kit support, and you can open a support case from inside the app.

Light and dark, four tabs, no dashboard first. Kit CRM is for businesses on Kit: you need a Kit account with the CRM module and the permissions your business gives you.

What’s new

Version 1.1.0 · Updated October 2, 2026

The movement tracking notice now shows both choices in full — Allow movement tracking, or Not now — at any text size. Sales shows a dash for Still due when the amount is not known yet. Opening the team map without permission explains why straight away.
