Vanko: viajes en auto y moto

Vanko is a transportation app for Colombia that connects passengers with independent motorcycle and car drivers. The passenger proposes the fare, nearby drivers accept or make a counteroffer, and the trip begins when both parties agree.

FOR PASSENGERS
• Choose your pickup location and destination on the map or search for the address.

• Choose Motorcycle, Car, or Comfort Car (newer model cars).

• See the suggested fare based on distance and propose your price.

• Receive offers from nearby drivers and choose one, or let Vanko assign the first driver who accepts your price.

• Before the driver arrives, you'll see their name and photo, as well as the vehicle's make, color, and license plate.

• Track your driver and route on the map in real time.

• Message or call the driver directly through the app, without sharing your number if you call online.

• Pay the driver directly: cash, Nequi, Daviplata, Bancolombia, or Bre-B. • Rate the trip and view your history.

FOR DRIVERS
• Activate Driver Mode after verifying your identity, license, and vehicle.

• Receive requests from nearby passengers with their origin, destination, price, and payment method.

• Accept the passenger's price or send a counteroffer.

• Navigate to the passenger and destination using Waze or Google Maps.

• Start your next trip near the destination before finishing the current one.

• Vanko charges a 6% commission per accepted trip, deducted from your wallet. Top it up with Wompi.

• View your daily earnings, history, and results.

SECURITY
• All drivers verify their identity with a selfie, driver's license, and vehicle registration.

• We check drivers' backgrounds before they receive requests and every 6 months.

• When no driver is assigned, your exact pickup location and full name are not displayed. • The chat blocks links, insults, and threats, and you can report the other person.

• SOS button to call emergency services (123).

Vanko operates only in Colombia, in authorized cities. You must be over 18 years old. Vanko is a technology platform: it does not provide transportation services or employ drivers.
