About Mushtaqs

Ajmal is a multi award winning chef who focusses only on Proper Indian Food. He has made numerous TV appearances inlcuding STV & BBC. He is the preferred chef for all major Live Cooking events such as theTaste of Scotland and BBC Good Food Show. His presentation style is fast, fun and informative.

As well as the Chef Director of Mushtaqs, Ajmal is also a Management Consultant & Business Expert. He was part of the management team at Accenture, the largest Management Consultancy in the world. He was responsible for delivering multi-million pound business improvement projects for some of the top FTSE100 companies including Lloyds, London Stock Exchange, Sky, Allied Irish Bank.

He has three degrees from the University of Glasgow: Law (LLb), Corporate Finance (MFin) and Management Accounting (MAcc).

Nisreen Mushtaq BSc

Nisreen studied Business & Theology at Glasgow. She was Head of Marketing with a London based Investment Company and was Head of Marketing for a Global Hedge Fund where she spearheaded numerous global marketing campaigns.

Nisreen is responsible for managing the Mushtaqs Brand & Concept and oversees all operational management.
