If you're wondering what makes it so unique read on.... To begin with, our Dough is fermented for a minimum of 24hrs. We use high-quality flour imported from Italy in our dough-making process and only use 4 very simple ingredients with no added additives. Flour, Yeast, Water & a little bit of Salt but not too much. combine these 4 ingredients and our fermentation process and what you get in return is our signature airy crust.
