The Caprice is a family run restaurant in the historical town of Musselburgh. We specialise in Italian Swiss cuisine, with almost 50 years experience.
We have original wood-fired ovens to give the pizzas that extra taste of quality and originality. Each pizza is treated with special care. Even to the wood we use, Scottish Pine, is chosen because it adds the required flavour which lets you know you are enjoying a genuine freshly baked pizza.
