VIVO Staff - Operations Tool

VIVO Staff is the app for event staff and businesses affiliated with the VIVO platform. It allows you to collect payments, manage orders, assist members, and operate the point of sale from your phone.

- Event organizers and operational staff

- Collect payments from customers by scanning their payment QR code in less than 1 second
- View your store's menu and process attendee orders
- Manage incoming orders: confirm, prepare, and mark as delivered
- View real-time sales and order statistics for your store
- Receive notifications of new orders and updates

━━━ VIVO CLUB (STORES) ━━━

- Collect payments from store members with automatic discounts according to their plan
- Manage pending orders: complete or cancel with automatic refunds
- Serve Reward redemptions and delivery confirmation
- Search for customers by email and register new members with their plan
- View merchant statistics: members, sales, orders, and redemptions

1. Log in with the credentials assigned by your administrator
2. Select your active event or merchant
3. Collect payments, manage orders, and process redemptions from a single screen
4. Transactions are synchronized in real time with the admin panel

- Role-restricted access: only authorized personnel can operate
- QR payment validation with cryptographic signature and 30-second expiration
