[Important Notes]
• This app is intended for individual customers.
*This service is not available for business accounts of corporate or sole proprietor customers.
• Please register a regular savings account with a cash card as the representative account to use this app. If you do not have a regular savings account with our bank, you can apply to open an account through this app. *Please note that we may decline your account opening application based on an overall assessment.

*Savings accounts opened through this app will not issue a passbook. Account balances and transaction details can be checked using the balance/transaction details inquiry service within this app.

*Savings and time deposit accounts opened through this app are passbook-less and seal-less accounts. You may need to register your seal if you need to perform any procedures at a branch counter.

*Initial setup is required within the app to use the transfer function. SMS authentication is required during the initial transfer setup, so you will need to register your mobile phone number with our bank. Customers who have not registered their mobile phone number can apply through the customer information change function.

*The customer information inquiry/change function allows you to check your registered information such as address, phone number, and workplace. Changes can also be applied for through the app.

*Depending on the transaction details, changes may not be accepted through this app (e.g., tax-exempt savings transactions, deposit asset transactions, loan transactions, etc.).

This app is free to use, but you are responsible for any communication charges incurred during download and use.
