UNITY now

UNITY now supports a regular personal practice with guided sessions, courses, video lessons, progress tracking and simple badges. Built for adults, the app helps you come back to presence, movement, breathing, body awareness and calm, at your own rhythm.

With UNITY now you can:
• Create your member account
• Complete a short onboarding
• Discover teachers and follow their programs: Chen Style (Tai Chi Chuan), White Crane Qi Gong, Morning Qi Gong, daily practice
• Watch the free first lesson of each program, then the following ones when your access allows it
• Ask the teacher a question under each lesson
• Enter an invitation code received from your teacher or organisation
• Track practice sessions
• Follow progress and badges

UNITY now is for adults only. Content is provided for wellness and educational purposes. The app is not a medical app and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
