About MeditaSalle
A simple application to facilitate the practice of meditation.
With three configurable periods: preparation, meditation time, and conclusion.
We suggest a period of silence, without music, although a gong will sound at the end of each period.
At the end of the meditation, a phrase will appear during the final period, inviting you to extend your spiritual experience beyond these moments of silence.
Anyone involved in education will find inspiration in these phrases for their mission in the holistic development of children, young people, and adults.
We offer a phrase for each day of the year related to these three categories: prayer-meditation, texts by Saint John Baptist de La Salle, and verses from the Bible (especially the New Testament).
The application is available in Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque, and Portuguese.
