Dukkan POS is the official cashier for Dukkan platform merchants. Turn your mobile phone or tablet into a complete point of sale for your store: sell, scan barcodes, print receipts and labels, and track shifts, employees, inventory, and reports, all while staying synced with your online store in real time.

The app is designed for the realities of our market: power outages and weak internet connections, but sales never stop. Record your sales offline, and the app will automatically upload them as soon as the network is restored, ensuring not a single invoice is lost.

Daily Sales
• Quick checkout screen in Arabic, designed for touchscreens on mobile phones and tablets
• On larger screens, the shopping cart appears alongside products for faster sales
• Instant product search, with categories and favorites
• Cart suspension and resumption later, linking sales to the customer
• Automatic discounts on invoices, discount codes, and offers from your store

Barcodes and Labels
• Scan barcodes directly with the device's camera, without additional hardware
• Support for external barcode readers via USB or Bluetooth, even with an Arabic keyboard
• Wholesale barcode and price label printing on label printers (TSPL, ZPL, and EPL)

Receipts and Printing
• Organized receipts with a QR code for verification
• Thermal printing on ESC/POS printers via Bluetooth, USB, or network (Wi-Fi/LAN)
• Share receipts via WhatsApp or any app when a printer is unavailable

Payment and Cashier
• Pay in cash in Syrian Pounds or US Dollars, or via Sham Cash
• The exchange rate is set by the owner in the settings
• Automatic change calculation
• Opening Shift start and end balance with cash register count

• Return sales in full or for specific items, recording the reason for the return

Inventory and Branches
• Quantity of each product on the shelf in your branch
• Receiving goods and correcting quantities, even offline, with manager approval
• Requesting a transfer of goods from another branch when a product is out of stock
• Reserving a product in the customer's name until collection

Employees
• Access code for each employee, with each sale attributed to its owner, even offline
