Agro Trace Jute is a supply-chain traceability app for the jute sector. It helps field officers, purchase-center staff, and warehouse teams record every step of jute's journey: from the farmer's field, through purchase and baling, to the final shipment.

Each farmer, purchase, bale, and truckload is digitally linked, so buyers and processors can see where their jute came from and how it was handled.

Farmer Registration and Profiling
• Register farmers with name, NID, contact details, and profile photo
• Capture the GPS location of the farmer's home with one tap
• Record family, land, loan, income, and farming history
• Track other crops, livestock, poultry, ponds, and farm equipment
• See farmers by status: surveyed, registered, approved, or rejected

Crop Season and Cultivation
• Create or select the active crop season
• Record cultivation process data for each farmer

Jute Purchase
• Start a purchase at your assigned purchase center
• Record jute type, grade, weight, moisture, unit price, and total value
• Link each purchase to a registered farmer for full traceability

Bale Preparation
• Create bales from purchased jute
• Give every bale a unique QR code and tracking ID
• Scan a bale's QR code to see its full details

Transfer Permits and Printing
• Generate transfer permits (TP) for jute movement
• Print permits and receipts on Bluetooth thermal (ESC/POS) printers

Shipment Management
• Scan bales to load them onto trucks
• Assign a driver and vehicle to each shipment
• Track shipments from warehouse to destination
• Keep working when the connection is weak: scanned bale data is saved on the device until it syncs
