Submit a short description of what you need help with, pay one fixed price, and get a response from a doctor the same day – usually within 1–2 hours.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Select the service you need help with
2. Answer a few short questions about symptoms and health history
3. Feel free to upload pictures if relevant (e.g. rash)
4. Pay with Vipps or bank card
5. An authorized doctor will assess your inquiry and get back with an answer - usually within 1-2 hours, always within 24 hours
6. Any e-prescription is sent electronically and can be picked up at any pharmacy

PRICE
Prices start at 249 kr, and most services cost 349 kr. The price is stated before you order, and you only pay if you complete the order.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• All sensitive health information is encrypted end-to-end
• Login via BankID
• Operated in accordance with Norwegian health legislation and privacy regulations (GDPR)
• We keep records in accordance with the Health Personnel Act
