PatientTrac Mobile connects your device health data to your care team on the
PatientTrac Clinical Network. Pair once with a code from your practice, choose
which health readings to share — steps, heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, and
more — and your care team can follow your recovery between visits.
Your data is read-only, shared only with your care team, never used for
advertising, and never sold.
PatientTrac Mobile is for patients of practices on the PatientTrac network and
requires a pairing code from your provider. It is not a medical device and does
not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult your

Vitals now sync automatically in the background — no need to open the app after pairing. A new Auto-sync tile shows when the last sync ran, and you can turn it off at any time.

It is even updating the out of date apps on my phone (good news) Bad news is that it doesn't seem to bring in the veteran app, myhealthevet.
