Tolmijden for trucks

Tolmijden calculates what the Dutch truck road charge (vrachtwagenheffing) costs per trip, at the rate that belongs to your number plate, and shows when a route with less motorway is cheaper.

AVOID THE CHARGE, SMARTLY
Tolmijden compares the standard route with routes over less motorway and weighs the charge, driving time and fuel or electricity against each other. If a detour does not pay off, Tolmijden says so.

PER NUMBER PLATE
Enter the number plate: weight, CO2 class and Euro class come from the Dutch vehicle authority (RDW). Diesel or electric, with your own consumption and prices, excluding VAT.

ROUTES THAT FIT
Height, width, length, weight, axle load and dangerous goods per vehicle. The route avoids signs and road sections that are too tight, and closures during your trip. The map shows why the route takes a detour.

MULTIPLE STOPS
Up to 23 stops, put in the best order with one tap, also as a return trip. With My location as the starting point and a PDF for the driver.

Data from official sources: the Dutch Truck Charge Act, RDW, Rijkswaterstaat, Statistics Netherlands (CBS) and OpenStreetMap. Routes for trips within the Netherlands. You log in with your email address and a code sent by email; no password needed.
