Gratitude Journal helps you slow down for a few minutes and write down the good parts of the day.
Use it to keep a simple daily habit:

- return to recent entries and see your rhythm over time.
The journal is intentionally quiet and focused. There is no account setup, no social feed, and no complicated tracking of moods or scores. Open the app, write what mattered today, and keep a local history you can revisit.
The app supports light, dark, and system themes. It is adapted for phones and tablets, including wider tablet layouts.
