About EasyChord - Easy Guitar Chords

■ Hard chords, made easy

Ever stopped practicing because of a barre chord?
EasyChord listens to the music on your phone, finds the key and chord progression,
then picks a capo position and shows you easy shapes like G · C · D · Am · Em.

· Original chords and easy chords side by side, so you can see "this chord becomes this shape" at a glance.
· Change the capo position and every chord and chord diagram updates at once. The easiest position is recommended.
· Big chord diagrams show the current chord and the next one in advance.
· Wrong chord? Fix it right away — your corrected chart is saved on your phone.
· Besides the music files on your phone, paste a YouTube link or tap Share in the YouTube app to see the chords right away.

■ Guitar tuner

· Hears all 6 strings automatically, or tune one string at a time by picking it
· Tap the center circle to hear the correct note
· See at a glance how many strings are in tune, so you can finish quickly before practice

■ Strumming guide

· Shows the strum (↓↑) pattern that fits the song as a picture and plays it as a guitar sound
· Suggests how to play each section — arpeggio for quiet parts, strumming for lively parts
· Pick a difficulty and work up from easy patterns step by step

■ Speed and key, your way

· Speed control — slow down the hard parts without changing the pitch
· Key change — raise or lower the pitch in semitones to fit your voice or guitar
· Chords keep following the music even when you change speed or key

■ Loop only the hard parts

· A-B repeat — choose a range of bars to practice and loop it without gaps
· Hear the chords of the looped section as a guitar sound
· A count-in plays before the music starts so you don't miss the beat

■ Drum backing practice

· No music — just the chord progression flowing on screen with a drum backing that matches the song's tempo and time signature
· Choose the feel that suits the mood: calm, normal or lively
· Split sections yourself and set the drum feel and an ending fill (a short drum flourish) for each one

■ And more

· Dark mode

■ Who it's for

· Anyone just starting guitar, or who can play only a few easy chords
· Anyone who wants to play a favorite song with easy chords right away
· Anyone who wants to repeat the hard parts again and again

■ Good to know

· The app contains no songs, sheet music or lyrics. Pick a music file on your own phone or a YouTube link.
· Chord analysis runs on your phone, and your music files are never sent to a server.
· Analysis is automatic, so some chords may be wrong. You can always fix them yourself.
· Analysis time depends on your phone and the length of the song, and it can use a lot of battery.

■ What's free

· For the first 7 days, analyze new songs with no limit
· After that, 3 new songs a day — watch an ad to analyze one more song, up to 3 extra songs a day
· Once a song has been analyzed, you can use every feature on it without limits: capo, speed, key, A-B repeat, drum backing and more
· The tuner has no usage limit
· Only rewarded ads are used, and they appear only when you tap them yourself from the limit notice (no banners, no interstitials)

■ Privacy

· No account, no server of our own
· The music you pick, the chords analyzed and the charts you fix stay on your phone and are never sent anywhere
· The microphone is used only in the guitar tuner, and sound is never saved or sent
· Only the information needed for feature-setting checks (Firebase) and rewarded ads (Google AdMob) goes to Google services
· Opening a YouTube link connects to YouTube to load the video
