Pizzerie D’Autore is an excellent gastronomic circuit dedicated to the authentic passion for pizza. It is based on criteria that are based on the many years of experience in the world of pizzerias, hospitality and catering in general, experienced by our team of consultants, who have included all these tips and criteria in a specification, thus ensuring the highest quality and authenticity for each individual affiliated restaurant. Within our team, there are not only gastronomic experts, but also internationally renowned journalists and food critics, who work tirelessly to ensure an extraordinary experience for each pizzeria worthy of becoming part of this ambitious project. To qualify the most deserving restaurants, we use the figure of inspectors, who are responsible for visiting and evaluating the candidate pizzerias, ensuring high standards for our circuit. Any pizzeria can apply and be part of the circuit.
Some of them are awarded with one, two or three shovels and are proudly announced on our website. Each affiliated restaurant has a multimedia showcase, enriched by an article from our editorial team and a portfolio of photos and videos, available to consumers who love the world of pizza.
