Remember the details of your pain, and bring a clear summary to your next doctor visit. Log pain from 0 to 10, where it hurts, when it happened and how long it lasted. Free to use. No account needed for core journaling, and your entries stay on your device. When someone asks "How has your pain been?", the details are easy to forget. Muqi Pain Journal is a simple pain diary and symptom tracker that keeps them in one place, so you can describe what happened in your own words instead of relying on memory alone.
