About Throb — Migraine Diary Tracker

Throb is the migraine diary that doesn't rent you your own health data. One-time purchase. 100% offline. No subscription, no account, no tracking — ever. Every attack stays on your iPhone. • One-tap logging — start an attack in a single tap, even in a dark room with a pounding head • Pain-over-time curve — see how each attack rises and breaks • Doctor report PDF — hand your neurologist a clean, credible summary (MIDAS included) • Barometric-pressure context, attached automatically at onset — no location needed • Multi-dose medication log with an honest monthly overuse count • Calendar heat-map, trends, and honest co-occurrence (never fake "causes") • Backup, restore, CSV/JSON export — your data, portable and yours No streaks. No gamification. No notification spam. Just a calm, private place to understand your migraines. The diary and current-month report are free. A one-time purchase unlocks full history, any-range reports, and export.

What’s new

Version 1.1 · Updated July 21, 2026

Throb now speaks your language — properly. Not just translated buttons. Your history reads natively: durations in the form your language actually uses ("3 Std. 12 Min." in German, not "3h 12m"), medications under their local names and scripts, and every symptom, trigger and relief item localized — right through to the doctor report. The part we're quietly proud of: underneath, everything stays stored in canonical English. Your logs, exports and reports stay stable and comparable whichever language you read them in, so the PDF you hand your neurologist never breaks. Also in this release: • Restore purchase now tells you what actually happened — restored, nothing to restore, or couldn't reach the App Store. No more silent taps. • A direct link to the privacy policy in Settings. • Weather context has been retired. The barometer stays, so pressure is still recorded with every attack — and Throb now never asks for your location at all. Still one purchase. Still fully offline. Still no account, no ads, no subscription.
