About Narelia: Readiness & HRV
Your Apple Watch measures a great deal. Narelia compares it with you, not with a chart of what counts as normal: heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, breathing and sleep, held against your own sixty-day baseline, with the arithmetic shown. Readiness, recovery, stress, your night and your vitals, each against your usual range. No black-box scores, and nothing leaves your iPhone. WHAT YOU'LL FIND INSIDE Readiness: how you arrive today. It starts from your morning recovery and moves with what your watch measures through the day. When there is no night to start from, it says "Daytime only" and counts only what has been measured today. Recovery against your own baseline. Each morning your HRV, resting heart rate, breathing and sleep are compared with your own nights, and the screen says which signal moved it and by how much. Your night, stress and vitals. The night by stage, stress through the day, and heart rate variability, heart rate, breathing and oxygen, each on its personal range. When a signal sits outside your usual range, Narelia says so in numbers. It describes; it never diagnoses. Fitness. The week's effort against your usual weeks, with your workouts and strength sessions. While a baseline is still forming, the screen counts the days it has out of the days it needs, instead of showing a number that means nothing yet. LOG IN A TAP Water and caffeine go in with your own bottle, cup or can, drawn in 3D: drag the level to where it stands. Creatine and protein too, with quick amounts. Water, caffeine and, if you log it, alcohol also go to Health, and breathing sessions count as mindful minutes. Meals: take a photo and Narelia suggests what is on the plate; you confirm or correct it. The photo is read on your iPhone itself, with Vision and the Apple Intelligence model on compatible iPhones. Or log by text or by hand. Set calorie and macro targets and see what is left today. ASK APPLE INTELLIGENCE Ask for your readiness, your recovery, last night, water or caffeine, or log what you had by voice. Apple Intelligence can look up your own figures in Narelia (on supported devices and iOS versions). ON YOUR WRIST AND YOUR SCREENS An Apple Watch app with your vitals, your night and what you have taken so far, plus complications with your recovery on the watch face. Widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen in four styles. WHAT NARELIA DOES NOT DO It does not diagnose. It does not prescribe. Training and sleep figures are general information, not medical advice. No ads and no analytics. PRIVACY No account and no server of its own: your data lives on your iPhone and in the Health app. The iCloud copy is optional, goes to your own account, and stays off until you turn it on in Settings. Meal photos are analysed with the models Apple ships in the system and do not leave the device. Narelia is not a medical device and is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. If something worries you, talk to a doctor or other healthcare professional. SUBSCRIPTION Narelia Pro: the App Store shows the price for your country. The free plan includes recovery, stress, your night, vitals, intake and the watch, and up to three meals a day. Pro adds unlimited meals and the alternative sleep views (folded night and moon), and is also available as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews itself unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your account settings. Privacy Policy: https://alejadxr.github.io/narelia-privacy/ Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
What’s new
Version 1.1.12 · Updated October 23, 2026
Narelia 1.1.12 - Faster: Today and Intake open and respond several times faster, with far fewer stutters, and the app writes much less to your iPhone's storage. - The caffeine window on Today is worked out the same way everywhere, from your recent nights and the coffee you drink now, and shows what each hour is based on. - A cleaner Today: intake questions have clear, separate buttons and a real Save button, the note under each window appears when you tap it, and the details of your recommended night now live in Sleep. - Strength: “This week” shows the days you trained and rested and what comes next, including Heavy Duty and Migan rest days, and a session left open from another day can be closed or discarded. - Ready for iPhone Duo: a sidebar on the open display, like in Health, buttons in the vertical bar, and nothing left in the fold. - A smoother gym: choose which day of your routine to do, switch or leave the routine, edit each day's exercises, add several at once and reorder them. Each exercise folds and unfolds. - You can cancel a gym session even after logging sets. - Sleep and heart rate from other watches and bands that write to Apple Health, such as Fitbit, now count too, and Narelia tells you which figures need heart rate variability (HRV), which Fitbit doesn't share. - “Quiet days” now fills in on workout days too, and says which readings were set aside and why. - Night comparisons now also work for substances you log almost daily, or explain why there is not enough to compare yet. - Sleep regularity looks for its 30 nights within 60 days, counts nights rather than days, and says how many are missing. - Patterns no longer says “not enough days” when your dose is almost always the same: it explains there is nothing to compare. - The Fitness dial now flattens as you scroll as smoothly as the Today dial. - The color at the top no longer comes loose when you pull down to search. - Rotating your iPhone in the meal chat no longer freezes the app. - Welcome always leads straight to the Health and notification permissions.
