MyMeds keeps your medicine schedule and health readings together, in Arabic and English. • Save medicines, photos and optional notes. Scan names printed on a box using on-device text recognition, then review and confirm them. • Set daily, every-N-days, hourly or as-needed schedules. Choose times per day for daily schedules. • Receive dose notifications, with optional prominent system alarms. Record taken or skipped doses, or snooze a reminder. • Record blood pressure and blood glucose with explicit units, and share the records you choose. • Use light or dark appearance. Your records stay on your device and can sync through your private iCloud database. Core reminders and medicine, blood pressure and glucose recording are free. Optional MyMeds Plus adds profiles, doctor reports, trends and cycle schedules. Reports use current schedules and saved dose responses; they do not reconstruct historical schedule changes. Deleting a medicine hides it from ordinary lists and future reminder planning while retaining the medicine and history in storage. Archiving also preserves records.
