Kartka 1.5 is the biggest update since launch – and the first version for iPad. WRITE BY HAND Every day has a second, handwritten page: pen, eraser, widths from 0.5 pt, colours, as many pages as you need. Add photos as stickers – above or below the ink – with originals going to iCloud and a light copy staying in the app. Writes on iPad and on an unfolded iPhone Duo; on every iPhone the page is there to read, in the gallery and in your book too. Handwriting is free in three journals. NEW PAPERS Isometric dots for entries and handwriting; for handwriting also lines with a margin, graph paper, Cornell notes, music paper, calligraphy, a day planner (each page is a day with a date field) and letter paper. Move what’s unfinished with one tap, add a day note, save any list as your own template – ready-made templates work on all three days. ON IPAD AND IPHONE DUO One app: tab bar at the edge on wide screens, rotation, a “stand” mode for an unfolded phone with a hardware keyboard. ALSO The Mono theme – white, black in dark mode, free. A floating tab bar and frosted glass in your theme’s colour on the newest systems – the paper stays matte. Reminders tell you when the system blocks them. Alignment and stability fixes.
