What’s new

Version 3.1 · Updated October 13, 2026

Made for iPhone Duo Vitals Flow fills the cover screen and the open screen, upright or turned. On the open iPhone Duo held upright, and on smaller iPads in portrait, the Vitals tab opens on your list instead of an empty page. Activity, with your rings Activity shows today's Move, Exercise and Stand rings against your own Fitness goals, and how often you met each goal in the range. It has the same ranges as your other vitals plus today: 1D, 7D, 30D, 90D, 1Y and All. Heart rate, in a fraction of a second Heart rate and blood oxygen open almost at once: their charts show each day's or hour's lowest, average and highest reading instead of every sample, and All goes back as far as Apple Health does. Comparing a vital with heart rate now works. Your readings, right away The Dashboard and Vitals list show your stored readings straight away instead of "No readings yet" while Apple Health answers. Every vital now has a 1D range: today, hour by hour. BMI where you look The Weight card on the Dashboard shows your BMI and its band in the band's color, such as "BMI 25.9 · Overweight", once your height is in Settings. The BMI trend shows your current band beside its title. A truer Month in Review Month in Review counts the readings you log. Heart rate and blood oxygen from your watch show as a day-by-day average with how many days they cover, so a workout no longer pulls the month's average up. Also in this release Pinned vitals stay in the order you pinned them. VoiceOver reads each quick action once and names each value field when you log a reading. At the largest text sizes, the quick-log buttons sit one to a row. A one-day streak reads correctly in every language, and a quit habit shows what you avoided as "564 × cigarette".
