About Sweatline
Sweatline is a personal trainer that fits in your pocket. Answer three questions and it builds you a weekly gym plan. Then it walks you through every session, set by set, and keeps track of how strong you are getting. Everything works offline. There is no account, no server, and nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share it. A PLAN BUILT FOR YOU Tell Sweatline your goal, your experience, and how many days a week you can train. It picks a proven split: full body, push/pull/legs, upper/lower, or PPL twice a week. Big lifts come first, with warm-up sets, heavier loads, and longer rests. Smaller lifts come after, with higher reps. Holds like the plank are prescribed in seconds. If your goal needs cardio, the plan says how much and when. GUIDED WORKOUTS One exercise at a time. Sweatline shows the target weight from your last session, you save each set, and a rest timer counts you down with a buzz when it is time to lift again. Barbell lifts show you which plates to put on each side of the bar. The screen stays awake. If you close the app in the middle of a workout, you can pick up exactly where you left off. PROGRESSION THAT KNOWS WHEN TO BACK OFF Beat last session by one rep, then add weight. If a lift stalls three sessions in a row, Sweatline drops the weight to give you a run at it again, rounded to something the gym can actually load. BEAT YOUR BEST Match your top weight for an extra rep, or add weight, and the set earns a trophy on the spot and again on your summary. Every exercise keeps its all-time best. MAKE THE PLAN YOURS Machine taken? Replace any move with a similar one that trains the same muscles and fills the same role, just for today or saved to your plan. Drag to reorder a day. Edit sets, rep range, and rest per exercise. Keep a note on any exercise, like a seat height or a grip, and it shows up while you train. 63 EXERCISES, EXPLAINED Every exercise has an animated figure that shows the movement, a muscle map of what it works, step-by-step instructions, and form cues from a trainer. The language is plain. No gym jargon you have to look up. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Weekly and lifetime stats, a streak counting the weeks you have trained, a strength trend for every exercise, your body weight over time, and your full session history. A NUDGE WHEN YOU NEED ONE Set a daily reminder at the time that suits you. It is scheduled on your phone, so it works with no connection at all. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Sweatline stores everything in a database on your device. It has no internet permission, so it cannot send your data anywhere on its own. Copy a backup to your clipboard, or save it as a file, whenever you want. Share a workout summary as an image only if you feel like it. Sweatline is not medical advice. Ask a doctor before you start a new training plan.
What’s new
Version 1.5.0 · Updated July 29, 2026
Beat your best and the app says so. Match your top weight for an extra rep, or add weight, and the set earns a trophy right there in the workout and again on the summary. Every exercise now shows its all-time best. Also in this update: - Plate calculator: barbell lifts show which plates to load on each side, drawn as plates on the bar. - A weeks-in-a-row streak that counts every week you trained. - Body weight tracking with a trend line, alongside your strength trends. - Share your workout summary as an image to any app, and your backup as a file. - A daily reminder at the time you pick, scheduled entirely on your device. - Notes per exercise: seat height, grip, whatever you need to remember. They show up mid-workout. - Make the plan yours: drag to reorder a day, and edit sets, rep range, and rest per exercise. - Swipe a workout away if you logged it by mistake. Better programming: - Cardio is now part of the plan for fat loss and general fitness, including a brisk walk on rest days. - Planks and other holds are prescribed in seconds instead of reps, and progress by 5 seconds rather than asking you to add weight to a plank. - When a lift stalls three sessions running, the app backs the weight off to 90 percent instead of asking for a rep you cannot hit. Pound users step in 5 and 10 lb. - Beginner days cover the whole body: a push day gets triceps and side delts instead of three presses, and leg days get calves. - Swapped exercises keep the right sets, reps, and rest for the movement.
