About Let's Workout: Gym Tracker

The gym tracker that tells you the next weight — with a free AI Coach and no sign-up. Let's Workout is a workout log built for the middle of a set: big buttons, last session's numbers on screen, and a straight answer to "what do I lift today?". Logging works offline, and you never need an account. WHY THIS ONE • It tells you the next weight. Tap the weight on a set and it suggests the load: hit all your reps last time and it says go up; fall short and it says hold. • A free AI Coach, no sign-up. Ask about a lift or your week, get a recap after each workout and a weekly note, and build or improve a routine in seconds. Free within daily limits. Loads come from the app's rules; the AI never picks one on its own. • Genuinely offline. Logging, history, charts, plans and the written guides work with no signal. The AI Coach needs a connection. • Your data, your rules. Free CSV export, import from Hevy or Strong, and one tap to delete your data or your account. FAST WORKOUT LOGGING • Big buttons, a custom number pad and smart weight/reps prefills • Last session's numbers (PREVIOUS) on every set — beat them, tap, done • Log a set by voice: say "Bench press, 80 kilos, 10" and check it before saving • Optional voice coach: spoken rest cues with a 3-2-1 countdown • Warm-up, drop and failure sets, plus a one-tap warm-up generator • Auto rest timer with per-exercise overrides and a live notification • Plate calculator, supersets, reordering, notes and "repeat workout" • Cardio too: log time and distance AI COACH — OPTIONAL AND FREE • Ask the coach: "How is my bench press going?" or "Which lifts are stalled?" • A recap after every workout and a coach's note on your week • Build my program: answer a few questions — quick mode offline, or with AI • Improve a routine and see why each alternative fits when you swap an exercise • Physique check: from a front photo (and a back one if you like), see on your muscle map which muscles could use more training, with weekly set targets you review before anything changes. Separate consent, 18+. SEE YOURSELF GETTING STRONGER • Estimated 1RM, volume and consistency charts per exercise • Personal records tracked automatically, with a trophy the moment you beat one • Muscle heat map, body weight trend and monthly history stats 1,100+ EXERCISES WITH DEMOS AND GUIDES • Animated demos and anatomy diagrams of the muscles worked • A written guide for every exercise: setup, how-to, common mistakes, safety • Search by name, muscle or equipment; add your own exercises WORKOUT PLANS AND HABIT • Ready-made routines: ABC split, hypertrophy, 5×5 strength, glutes, calisthenics and more • Plan your week by weekday or as a rotation • Weekly goal with streaks, achievements and a weekly recap • Share a workout card or a routine your training partner can open and save APPLE WATCH AND APPLE HEALTH • Start today's routine, log sets and follow the rest ring on Apple Watch; cardio sets record time and distance • Rest timer on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity, with +15s and Skip (iOS 17 or later) • Optional Apple Health sync for finished workouts and body weight Let's Workout is free: logging, library, charts, plans and CSV export. The AI Coach is free within daily limits. Not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. AI Coach answers are general fitness information, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice. Train. Track. Evolve.

What’s new

Version 2.57.0 · Updated October 14, 2026

Routines that do what you ask. Ask for a leg routine and you get one routine, just legs, not a full-body week. With routines already in place, a new one starts from what your plan is missing, like legs and shoulders when you train chest, back and cardio. Ask to change one of your routines ("change my back routine to add rows") and Improve with AI opens on that routine only. New on the Routines tab: Review my plan. Your routines are looked at together: what's missing, what gets too little or too much, how often each muscle trains and how long each session runs. A missing muscle group gets a routine of its own, and the suggested changes to the routines you have can be ticked, applied and undone. In Ask the coach, asking for a routine now comes with a button that builds it, changes it or reviews your plan. On a new iPhone, the app can now ask to turn on notifications.
