Correct charges, clear roles. • Extending a rental charges exactly the extra days the contract counts. Moving the return later on the same day costs nothing. • Every extension is recorded, even a free one, and extending a rental to a time that has already passed needs a Manager. • Check-in keeps a returning renter's earlier contracts under their original name, asks before back-dating a rental by more than an hour, and refuses dates that overlap another contract for the same bike. • A booked bike shows "Booked · from" its start date, and the timeline holds it until then. Analytics counts money collected later on unpaid rentals and prepaid bookings, and money still owed stays visible whatever period you pick. • Check-ins, extensions and payments now trigger the automatic backup too. • Automatic backups now keep the last 7 days on this device and can be restored from Settings. A restore first saves a copy of the current records. • Money collected at return can be recorded as PromptPay with a proof photo. The CSV export gains one column for it, added at the end. • With PIN Lock on, only a Manager can change the PromptPay ID or currency, restore a backup, or export backups and CSV. Automatic backups keep running for everyone. • Forgot PIN? now resets one Manager's PIN and tells the Managers it happened, instead of switching the lock off. • Check-in warns when a bike's tax or insurance has expired. Reminders arrive 30 days before and on the expiry day, and stop for retired bikes. • The damage price list appears only for shops that price in THB. • New installs start in your phone's language. Thai dates show Buddhist-era years. Money terms corrected in Thai, Russian, Chinese and Japanese, and "1 day" instead of "1 days". • A renter's nationality shows in the app's language, whoever checked them in. • Damage pins and signatures stay in place on any screen size, and damage photos must come from the camera.
